It is a techonology company with a professional and experienced team. Our office and factory are located in Hsinchu County, Taiwan. We provide professional equipment manufacturing, equipment agency, marketing development, factory engineering and after sales technical support services for semiconductor, optoelectronics, display and other <span class="qkunPe">relevant electronic industry.</span></span></p>
<p><span><span class="qkunPe">In 2003 and 2004, Ics Technology received technical authorization for process chemistry monitoring and poisonous exhaust gas treatment from industry-academy cooperation project of Ministry of Economic Affairs R.O.C. and Industrial Technology Research Institute. And in 2005 Ministry of Economic Affairs R.O.C. commissioned Industrial Technology Research Institute to implement the hazardous gas monitoring sub-project under the Industrial Environment, Safety and Health Technology Development Program, and obtained the authorization for the manufacturing technology of toxic cyanide dry cleaning agent.</span></span></p>

<p>We have Class10 and Class1000 clean rooms which are actively engaged in product development, technology improvement and equipment experiment/display. We have offices in Taipei, Hsinchu, Tainan, and Shanghai to provide customer with the most immediate and effective services.</p>
<p>Our self-developed adsorption waste gas treatment equipment has been widely used in semiconductor, photovoltaic, panel, LED, solar and other industries. It is mainly used to treat toxic gases like arsine and phosphine, and for other waste gases that need to be treated, the processing efficiency can reach more than 99%. We can also customized to meet different needs of customers.</p>
